We stand behind the quality of our stainless steel fermentation equipment. If your tank does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

30-Day Return Window

You may return any non-custom tank within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The 30-day period begins on the date your shipment is delivered and signed for.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your tank must:

• Be in its original condition with no modifications, dents, or scratches from use.
• Include all original components, fittings, valves, and accessories.
• Be in the original packaging or equivalent protective crating.
• Not be a custom-sized or custom-configured tank (see below).

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-sized tanks: Tanks built to specific dimensions or configurations are non-returnable unless they arrive defective.
• Used equipment: Tanks that have been used for fermentation, storage, or any production process.
• Modified tanks: Any tank that has been welded, drilled, or altered from its original condition.
• Clearance or final-sale items.

Return Shipping

• Damaged or defective items: Return shipping is free. We will arrange freight pickup at no cost to you.
• Change-of-mind returns: Customer is responsible for return freight shipping. Return shipping costs for industrial tanks typically range from $200-$800 depending on size and distance.

Restocking Fee

• Standard tanks: 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.
• Damaged/defective returns: No restocking fee — full refund issued.
• Wrong item shipped: No restocking fee — full refund or exchange at no cost.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned tank:

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
• Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Warranty Claims

All tanks include a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering:

• Weld integrity and structural failures.
• Material defects in the stainless steel (pitting, corrosion under normal use).
• Component failures (valves, fittings, pressure relief valves) under normal operating conditions.

Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, chemical exposure beyond specifications, or modifications made after purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or warranty claim:

2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
4. Pack the tank securely with all components and the RA number clearly marked on the outside.

Returns without an RA number may be refused at the dock.
